Ligandrol
The molecule of Ligandrol has a high affinity for androgen receptors—by this measure, the drug is comparable to such anabolic steroids as "Primobolan," boldenone, and nandrolone.
Muscle Mass Gain
You can expect similar muscle mass gains from LGD-4033 as from moderate doses of "Deca." However, there's no estrogenic effect typical of nandrolone here.
Fat-Burning Properties
Ligandrol doesn't possess fat-burning properties. Nonetheless, it's often used during severely restricted diets due to its anti-catabolic abilities.
Strength Increase
Another significant feature of Ligandrol is its ability to rapidly increase strength, which has made it quite popular among powerlifters, especially overseas. Studies often used a daily dose of Ligandrol at 22 mg.
In reality, this dose can be considered too high—5-10 (maximum 15) mg of Ligandrol per day is quite sufficient. The typical duration of Ligandrol intake was 12 weeks, but I believe that in everyday life, 4-6 weeks should suffice, followed by an equally long break.
Side Effects
Ligandrol is considered a relatively safe drug. In fact, its only negative aspect is that it significantly suppresses the body's own testosterone secretion—similar to nandrolone in this regard.
Yes, there's a decrease in high-density lipoproteins, but this is typical for all SARMs and anabolic steroids—you have to accept this decrease. Otherwise, there's no liver toxicity, no negative impact on the scalp hair, no acne, and no water retention.
