The optimal solution: combine growth hormone injections with intermittent fasting. In this case, an injection of 4 IU should be done before bedtime, and an injection of 2 IU in the morning, immediately after waking up (assuming that your last meal of the day is around 8-9 p.m., and the first meal of the next day is at 11-12 p.m.).
An injection can also be done after training, but in this case, it's worth not eating anything for at least 2 hours, which is not always possible.
In any case, it is important to remember that insulin levels in the blood drop to acceptable levels approximately one to one and a half hours after eating. This refers to normal healthy food, although I don't think that if you want to lose weight, you'll indulge in hamburgers and french fries.
To enhance the effect, clenbuterol and thyroid hormones, such as triiodothyronine, can be added to growth hormone.
An important question: how long to wait for noticeable results? Strictly speaking, "fat burning" with the help of growth hormone should start almost from the first injections – in this case, there is no need to wait for the level of IGF-1 to rise.
And remember: in order to prevent the effectiveness of rhGH from dropping to zero, it is necessary to take periodic breaks in injections (inject every other day, or follow the "2-3 +1" scheme, which means, 2-3 days of injections, followed by a rest day).
