In fact, attacking fat "head-on" is often unsuccessful, and the war becomes so prolonged that most people prefer to simply retreat.
The Principle of Fat Burners
“Fat burners” are something like a superweapon that can provide a decisive advantage over the enemy. Or, if you prefer sports analogies, an additional player on the football field or hockey rink. These tools are designed to solve the following tasks:
- Facilitate the breakdown of fat into fatty acids – this process is called lipolysis
- In one way or another, make the body expend more energy
- "Trick" the body into "thinking" it can only get energy from fat
- Increase tissue sensitivity to insulin – this will help reduce the amount of insulin released by the pancreas into the blood
There are also tools that do not allow solving any of these tasks but perform auxiliary functions, such as suppressing hunger or slowing the absorption of fats and carbohydrates.
None of the tools known at the time of writing this note can solve all the tasks at once, so they are usually taken not individually, but in some combinations.
It should also be noted that all “fat burners” without exception have quite unpleasant side effects. It should be noted that the stronger the main effect of the tool, the more pronounced the side effects.
